Pressure to Hope

May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope.(Romans 15:13 AMPC)

There probably are a million and one reasons not to continue. A million and one justifications if you were to choose to quit, let it all go right now without further explanation.  A million and one conversations on what’s wrong, not fair, unbelievable, unacceptable and if I were you I would or wouldn’t be putting up with or taking this or that conversations that could be had to comfort your humanity.

There are a million and one reasons to give up and you probably feel like you have nothing left to give, like you just can’t…”whatever” anymore…like you’re believing amidst or playing the fool, not appreciated,  being taken advantage of and stuck in this cycle of messed up, misery and mishaps.   Who holds out,  hangs on and hopes in God when they’re  fatigued, frustrated,  famished, fretting and full of the many types of fear? People,  person’s, men and women (like you and I) yet feeling the pressure to hope under the weight of all things life and love.

I understand the emotion, exhaustion, and eagerness to distance yourself from the intensity of lifes and loves many pressures.  I’ve lived and loved feeling, focusing and fixating on all the negatives of the present so much so that any attempt of hope, trust and faith in God for an expected end in my future rendered me most miserable. That type of pressure, hopelessness if not harnessed in by the Holy Spirit is the death of conviction,  character and God approved choices.  The pressure to quit,  give up or let it all go is countered by God given (infused) hope we simply have to receive it. [For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be. [Gen. 15:5.] (Romans 4:18 AMPC) Hope ensures manifestation,  fulfillment, fruition of what God promised.

You get the promise, but You also {my dearest one} are a promise. That in and of itself is reason to hope.  Reciprocity of exuded energy, expectation,  enthusiasm, and effort culminates in the realm of hope. Dearest one continue to look,  live and love hoping in God

God is faithful who promised you a life and love of abundance. My dearest one, the Word of the Lord impressed upon my heart when our eyes connected was this too shall pass.  If your present doesn’t reflect what God said,  you haven’t lived or loved in promise…it’s not over, this isn’t it… it’s a rough patch,  a tough spot,  a very dark,  daunting and dry part of the process God is using to grow your faith in Him. But rest assure there is an impending life and love after this

Why continue to hope when you could help meet the vision of life and love as you prescribe it to be; attempt to build yet another structure, situation, scenario without God’s backing?   When you could evade,  escape and enter into something else… less (or at least not the same) stress, strain, and struggle you’re currently dealing with. Why would anyone choose to hope…endure this, not regress,  recant or return to handling life and love their way?  Who would choose to yet hope with life and love continually remaining so hard, heavy and hurtful? Those of us,  {you and I} (to be exact) who have the love, grace and power of God in our hearts. Together we will continue to hope!

According to the scripture quoted above our level of peace and joy is anchored to our HOPE in GOD. The hope of God is the deterent to broken wings (soar eagle) and empty sails…in earnest, without this kind of hope you and I would be choosing a one dimensional, superficial and empty life and love.  Having thus far, sacrificed,  suffered, sorrowed, submitted, sanctioned and secured the very heart of God towards us is it really our heart to abandoned our hope in Him?  Assuredly not,  our humanity is simply expressing it’s anguish and our soul’s expending it’s anger.  The good news is,  our spirit is being quickened alive by the Holy Spirit who is active, alive and awaiting our agreement. Just like Abraham,  in us is the resolve that No unbelief or distrust can make us waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, we will continue to grow strong and be empowered by faith as we give praise and glory to God,(Romans 4:18‭, ‬20 AMPC

You are not alone in this experience of faith,  the peace and joy of God is arresting your total being and strengthening your capacity to Hope. You can do this, it’s in you to hope. I believe in your goodness, greatness and giftedness.  I’ve witnessed you navigate similar terrain and with the help of the Lord you came out on the winning side, this time is no different.  You’re smarter, stronger and more steady (stable) than you feel and even believe. The Holy Spirit is doing a perfect work… accomplishing what you in your own strength are not able to. Trust Him to complete this wonderful work and bring you to the awesomeness of promise.  His heart towards you will reward your diligence, refresh areas dry and daunted and help rejuvenate the totality of your being.

Hope is abounding and overflowing into life and love because God is for you,  with you and in you.

Hope is assending and descending upon your brokenness,  barrenness and all that is bothering you like fresh dew…it is helping you overcome every barrier and blanketing you in the warmth of an all consuming love.  Rest your head,  heart and hands my dearest one upon the breasted one who is holding and helping you while you’re feeling the intensity of the pressure to hope. Fret not! Fear not!  If God…then God!  I whole heart love you and believe for certain that  this too shall pass.  Look, live and love forward to that… there’s reason to hope. Hope thou in God my dearest one. Head and heart up my love~AntTBri
