Living and loving in the moment is challenging. Often times our bodies are present but our hearts and minds are elsewhere. Think of all the missed opportunities to experience God in a fresh and exciting way. We can learn from everything …what to do or what not to do. Living and loving actively present makes the most out of every opportunity God grants, gives and graces us with.

Look for God in everything, in every experience and expression. What is He saying and showing you about Himself, yourself and those around you? ARE you fully engaged or simply showing up, going through the motions, fulfilling loyalty obligations? GAINING? GLEANING? GROWING? GETTING what God wants for you in this moment?

Living and loving actively present keeps you sensitive and synchronized to the Word, way and work of God. He wants us fully aware, alert and awaiting His directives for life and love, today in this season.

So be vibrant, vigilante and victorious. God will show up and share his heart if you expect Him in every experience and expression. He has a purpose for this and will unfold more of His plan as you look, listen and learn in the moment.

So here’s to listening, looking, living and loving actively present in the moment…focused, faith filled and finding new treasures in what could otherwise be regular, routine and ritualistic experiences and expressions that escape us .
