Overflow

“For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭15:4‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Plagued with a “I just don’t know what to do” situation? I bet I won’t or ain’t going to do it again confession? Perplexed by a “you got to be kidding me” scenario? This is it, I don’t have nothing for you. I don’t know what to tell you declaration? Pissed off by an unexpected situation, an ongoing sickness? Selfishness? Stupidity? The same old excuse, explanation …etc? Take a deep breath and allow the overflow to heal every where life and love hurts. Find you some trees, plants, oxygen emissions to draw from. Greenery helps us breath cleaner air. Temporarily remove the “mask”, the thing covering and keeping your mouth closed in terms of speaking life and giving God a yet praise.

When life and love presents obstinate the Word reassures us that at this season’s culmination victory will be experienced. Despite or amidst our struggles, situations, scenarios, and sickness is a strategy that will help us navigate the hard place. Take a moment, inhale God’s goodness, settle into grace’s comfort and exhale all the stresses, stupidity and selfishness trying to steal your peace. Oxygenated emissions are released in the overflow of your confidence.

The Word got you. It affirms deliverance, change, turn around, finally’s happen. Restoration, rejuvenation and reservoirs are realized among the hopeful. It sustains us and reminds us that none of the things we face or experience are a rare occurrence; or special occasion. It’s life and love on life and loves terms. They’ve happened before, been overcame and have expired before and as sure as it is what it is it will do so again. Life and love recycles, resolves and recovers. That’s good news! It’s great news for those of us who hope in God. Who’s confidence is our God. It is the advantage we believers have when navigating current frustrations, feelings, and fluctuations. Our get through (it/this) resides in the overflow of what we take in. Breathe… God promises are yes and amen. On this we live and love confidently. We live Sure! Love Steadfast! Live and love Secure!

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭15:13‬ ‭AMP‬‬

When we’ve expended our strength and have exhausted our try, are mentally and physically exasperated what we know of the Word taps into a reservoir of surplus hope. Surplus try! Surplus want to, will do! Surplus resilience occurs when we live and love in the overflow of confidence. Are you tapping into your source, living and loving reliant upon His strength? Taking opportunities to renew your mind, refresh your spirit and realize who and what you have going for you? Are you looking, living, and loving confident that He who started the work will complete the work?

One of my closest friends once told me “you don’t have to ever worry about being depleted God will always make sure you have more than enough. It’s your gift to give never let anyone (thing) stop you from being authentically you”. Let me reiterate her words to you in this moment “whatever you’re giving/expending … be it grace, kindness, benefit of the doubt, help, empathy, wisdom, opportunity, time, expertise, service…love…God will always ensure (see to it) your replenished, have more than enough. Walk it out confidently! As a matter of fact, the Word ascribes by the same measure we give out (in God’s stead) will be given back to us in greater measure. The promise isn’t limited to the people given, nor the persons privy. God often uses the other, unexpected to refresh us when we need it most. Live and love confident help is coming. Their expression will bless your entire life. Is worth the waiting, worth the withstanding and withholding human response in the meantime. More importantly we’re not looking to any one person to fulfill the promises of God. We’re looking, dependent upon and trusting God himself. He who cannot and will not lie, disappointment or leave us wanting (lacking) promises expressions, experiences and evidence of fulfillment. The peace, assurance and security of a life and love in His hands is your guarantee no matter what! Remember that! There in lies our confidence. What shall be already is seek heavens response.

The Word reminds us it’s no strange thing, no reason to be up in arms, overly concerned with those things that try (test) our execution of faith…it’s an opportunity to live and love in the overflow…residual confidence of the surety of a proceeding Word. According to the scripture the believing gain endurance and is encouraged by what s/he discovers in and through the Word of God. How fortunate we are to have access to strategies that help us successfully navigate the terrain of life and love. We have testaments, testimonials and teachable content that addresses the plight of flawed humanity. Accounts of persons like Abram who heard a thing, believed a thing, messed up a thing but eventually received the thing God purposed. Accounts where the unexpected, counted out, less likely was chosen, predestined and blessed by God. We can relate to their struggle, identity with the situations and gain the resilience to endure by rehearsing the Word applicable to our life and love. If you’re discouraged, disappointed and feeling at a disadvantage due to circumstances just know that He who sees all, knows all is governing life and love to bring about what His heart desires you have and experience. Great things continually come from and to you. The kind your eyes haven’t seen, your ears have yet to hear…your heart has yet to feel. Don’t give up on God or those persons he uses to pump and prime the well of your reserves. God is the source of what you stand upon, trust Him even though you cannot always trace Him. You don’t have to understand or have all the answers. We don’t have to know how, what or when. He’s only asking us to trust Him. Oh for grace to trust Him more. Trust is a derivative of the overflow by which we execute confidence. What we came to know of God, his heart towards us before this separation, distance, obstacle transpired can sustain, strengthen and stabilize our hope. May confidence in God breathe new wind into our worn, tattered sails. May patience accomplish God’s perfect work. It is my prayer that life and love rejuvenates, replenishes, and renews upon the inhale of our confidence.~AntTBri
