Smiling because… well you would have had to live and love without to grasp and understand this elation. I remember when my prayers were laden with God let them know my heart towards them, all the early morning risings when pen and paper gave audience to what I couldn’t voice. I remember living and loving wondering and worrying if they would ever know or come to trust my love…wailing,wishing, waiting from an uncomfortable distance.

You would have had to live and love without experience and expression to appreciate eye to eye connection, shared smiles, the gift of physical touch.  You would have had to feel alone, know alone and walk alone to fully  appreciate when life and love changes.

I’m smiling, thanking God for the journey.. all it is taking to settle, secure and safeguard what life and love will yield. I’m smiling because we will know the sentiment behind the smallest gestures…everything will matter and mean so much.

I’m smiling because well you would have to know the love of God and it’s development to really grasp. and understand how life and love starts one way but ends up being exactly what God said, shows you and allows you to share.  I understand and grasp our process of becoming… God’s expression of love to another. God uses living and loving without to prepare and prime our hearts for the smile that accompanies with us.  If God be for us who or what else even matters? Celebrate life and loves progression.  Smile because it’s not what it use to be. God’s using you, your love to…well you would have had to have known~AntTBri
